Amazin' Grazin' Beef–Lee Sly. I'm a cowboy. I have made my living working other peoples' cattle. Occasionally, I would be given dogie calves and my children would raise them on a bottle. We brought a broke leg heifer calf home that had been stepped on in the pens and the Lord said, "Don't sell her, keep her." The Lord has multiplied her into 250 head of cattle over the last 25 years.
Contrary to what I've been taught all my life, grass finished beef is the answer. I believe that Florida can produce the best beef because of our year-round ability to grow grass. I use no antibiotics, chemicals, wormers, fertilizers, or fly control. These cattle are raised on the best grasses that Florida can grow all naturally. As well as grass-finished beef, we are also offering young beef.
We're now taking orders for late fall and early winter for acorn-finished pork. In addition, we offer non-acorn finished pork all year round. We are working towards adding wild tilapia fish to our list of products in the near future.
We are also offering for sale our genetics naturally raised on south Florida grasses with no hormones or antibiotics. The last group we finished were ultrasounded before slaughter. Finished totally on grass, they reached the perfect target for grainfed beef in two years. We have heifers and bull calves of all sizes and in any quantity. Hauling is available.
If you are interested in purchasing young beef, finished beef, pork or tilapia, please contact my daughter, Jessica Nehrboss at (941) 745-5630 or sales@amazingrazinbeef.com. You should receive a reply to your email in a timely manner.

Arrowhead Beef provides USDA-inspected, farm-direct, grass-fed beef from Florida. Founded in 2010 by George Fisher, of Chipley, FL, Arrowhead Beef is a co-operative of family farms that raise the very limited French breed of lean Parthenais cattle.
In the spirit of returning to an era of simple, nutritious and locally-grown foods, Arrowhead Beef answered your call.
We are the original "farm direct grass-fed beef from Florida."
The farm is located near Chipley, on the Florida Panhandle, where co-owner George Fisher oversees all aspects of raising the livestock and farm operations. The program truly began back in 1976 with Limousin seedstock production and what has grown out of that is what has become Arrowhead Beef.
A significant portion of George's operation revolves around the production and conservation of forages. In addition to perennial pastures, there are several varieties of forage crops produced on for Arrowhead Beef. These forages are grazed or conserved as hay or round bale silage.
The other owner of Arrowhead Beef is Tony DeBlauw, who joined with George in 2013, coming over as a passionate consumer who wanted to provide like-minded individuals with better access to quality meats. While George tends to the animals while they're alive, Tony oversees all matters related to sales, marketing and distribution.
Cattle are raised in what we call "herd-life harmony™", which surmises the idea of the traditional methods of pasture-raised beef, a life in which the animals never undergo stress and lead an idyllic farm life. Beef processing and aging are performed in small batches, with utmost integrity and workmanship in local, USDA-inspected facilities which are also owned by George Fisher.
Together, we here at Arrowhead Beef are one of only two farms in the entire state of Florida that legitimately raise, butcher and distribute their own meats. By being completely "cradle-to-grave" we are able to manage every level of production and ensure the highest level of quality in every piece of meat that we sell.

Blue Bear Farm & Cattle Co., LLC is a small, family-owned and operated farm in southwest Georgia, conveniently located between Thomasville, GA and Tallahassee, FL. We specialize in 100% all-natural, grass fed/grass finished beef. We are certified Animal Welfare Approved and Grassfed by A Greener World.
Our grazing management practices are low-stress and adaptive to our grasses and the nutritional needs of our cattle. We do not allow confined feeding, grain by-products, or GMO plants. We adhere to organic practices and do not use antibiotics or hormones. Our cattle happily graze in our lush pastures surrounded by a native wildlife habitat.
When we established our farm in 2015, our mission was to heal our land from the ravages of sterilized hay farming, return life to our soil, and bring back diversity in our native forages and grasses. After building the necessary infrastructure, we brought in our first herd of percentage and registered Red Devon cattle. Devon is a Livestock Conservancy Heritage breed and is widely recognized as one of the most efficient breeds of cattle to flourish on grass and to produce flavorful beef. The natural docility of Devon cattle lends to a pleasant texture and tenderness.
We work with an Animal Welfare Approved USDA processor and sell our beef by the cut. Our beef is frozen and vacuum sealed. Purchases can be made through our website, picked up at various nearby locations, and locally delivered. Subscribing on our website and following us on Facebook and Instagram are the best ways to know when we have beef available. We also sell our beef through the Red Hills Online Market.
The best way to have confidence in a healthful food source is to know your farmer. We invite you to contact us.

Circle C Farm is the first-and-only, on farm, USDA, red and white meat, federally inspected abattoir and butcher shop in Florida and one of only three in the U.S. We are an ALL grass fed, grass finished, free-range and pasture-raised poultry farm. We are the largest pastured poultry farm in Florida and the second largest in the USA, per the USDA.
ALL our livestock live their lives on pasture, including our laying hens. We raise the best, cleanest meats and produce the BEST eggs in the country. We have beef, lamb, pork, chicken, turkey, duck, chicken eggs, honey from our 125 beehives, and make our own raw pet grind from the same meats and organs we eat.
Everything we do with our livestock is by hand: harvesting, butchering, and packaging. We are a NO-antibiotic, hormone, pesticide, herbicide or insecticide farm. We use no preservatives on or in our meats: NO MSG, nitrites, nitrates, etc. Our poultry and eggs receive NO corn, soy, or glutens. We are not Certified Organic, but go FAR BEYOND the NOP criteria, as we use nothing!
We also offer other Florida farmers and ranchers the services of our abattoir, so they too can harvest their livestock in a humane and respectful way. Because we harvest under federal Inspection, they can also sell that meat legally to others.
We take great pride in what we do and how we do it and are grateful to be able to do what we love. We are a Certified Women's Business Enterprise and a Fresh From Florida Farm.
We ship throughout the US year-round with dry ice via FedEx.
We are completely open to the public and our centrally located farm store is open six days/week. We accept most forms of payment, including EBT / SNAP. We also sell our products at several local locations--check our website for details.
Our pricing is available on our website, which is maintained daily, so it is always up to date.

Clover Farms was started with the goal of providing locally-grown, wholesome, and sustainable foods to Northeast Florida. Our current focus is on providing highly sustainable, humanely-raised meats to our community. Our offerings are starting with grassfed beef but will soon be expanding to include heritage pork and poultry.
We use the latest regenerative growing techniques to continuously heal the land we grow on. Instead of depleting the soil of nutrients and carbon through excessive tilling and the dumping of artificial fertilizers, we keep carbon in the soil where it belongs and seed our pastures with clover which provides important nutrients for our livestock. We're starting a movement and sincerely hope you'll join us.
Our promise to our customers is simple: we will never grow for today at the expense of tomorrow.
Grassfed From Start to Finish – Our cattle are rotationally grazed on open pastures with plenty of fresh forage, resulting in robust beef that looks and tastes better. And because our regenerative growing techniques are a net carbon sink, you can tell your climate change friends to stuff it.
Outdoor-Living Eggs – Big corporations are consolidating smaller farms and hiding their products behind carefully defined terms like "pasture raised." When you buy our eggs, you're getting them from chickens that don't just have "access" to pasture—they live on the pasture. Our eggs are Non-GMO Project Verified, soy-free eggs.

Florida Fresh Beef Company, conveniently located in North Central Florida, produces 100% gourmet grass fed, organically raised, Aberdeen Angus beef from free-range cattle that are raised on 850 acres of lush shaded pasture in Citra, Florida. They feast on a salad bar of pesticide-free "gourmet" forage including clover, wheat, oat and rye grass.
The cattle are then harvested not more than 40 miles away at a USDA inspected facility. Once processed, the carcasses are hung in an air ventilated refrigerated locker for up to 28 days for our "old school" dry-aging process. This process naturally tenderizes the meat and enhances its taste. The beef is then cut into gourmet roasts, steaks and Angus Burger—a local Ocala favorite. Each cut of beef, whether roast or steak, is individually packed in a vacuum bag and air sealed for freshness. Beef is available by the individual cut, various Variety Packs (saving $$$), or by the whole, half, quarter or eighth beef.
Florida Fresh Beef Company, established in 2008, is proud to be one of the first companies in almost 20 years to produce fresh local meat available to the public under USDA inspection. Our relationships with various like-minded grass-fed cattle ranchers throughout the state have allowed us to develop a consistent supply of healthy, delicious, local Florida beef available in bulk or individual cuts throughout the year.
Florida Fresh Beef Company ships throughout the state of Florida, Georgia, the Bahamas and US Virgin Islands, as well as the continental USA. A South Florida supply outlet is currently in development for the distribution of both regular and Glatt Kosher beef. We have also successfully developed a share program for CSA's and Buying Clubs. We can divide a carcass into 8 or 16 equal shares to make it affordable for families to get the benefit of buying the bulk beef in smaller quantities while still saving. We do the shipping!
Visit our website for information on how to order and to locate farmers markets where you can buy our beef.

The Foraged Farm is a small family farm that started from wanting to know where our food came from, how it was raised, and how it was processed. We raise pastured poultry (chickens) and pastured eggs. We also raise pastured pigs (pork) that can be bought at wholesale.
All our animals are pastured on grass and fed organic feed. We follow Weston A. Price and aspire to grow nutrient-dense food that is healthy for us and good for the earth. We are improving our pastures by using the animals to build up organic matter on our soil.
We do not vaccinate and supply non-GMO organic feed from our local feed mill. These animals are provided beautiful Florida sunshine and fresh green grass by pasture rotation and daily movement. We hope to offer fresh goat milk in the near future.

Longview Farms is a family farm in Havana, Florida built on the premise that healthy foods come from healthy soils. We feed the soil only natural, organic inputs and we use the interrelationship between animals and plants to build fertility in the soil and resilience in the animals. We raise cows, chickens, and pigs on pasture; and we rotate the cows and chickens regularly to add natural fertilizer to the soil while insuring the animals are eating the most nutritious grasses and legumes. We also raise seasonal vegetables in raised beds.
We have chosen our animal breeds very intentionally, insuring that they all match our intensive rotational grazing program and that they provide the best quality, best tasting meats. We raise Devon cows for our grassfed beef operation. Devons finish very well on grass; they are easy to handle; and they are excellent mothers. Our laying hens include Rhode Island Reds, Barred Plymouth Rocks, and Buff Orpingtons. The laying hens free-range all day under the watchful protection of our Great Pyrenees guard dogs. We raise Freedom Ranger broilers on pasture in movable (Salatin-style) chicken tractors. All of the chickens are fed a high quality, non-GMO feed from Kraut Creek Farms. Finally, we raise American Guinea hogs (pork), a smaller heritage breed of pigs that are outstanding foragers and sweet tempered.
We sell directly to our customers through our mailing list, website, and Facebook page. We also have regular open houses on the farm when customers can visit the farm and buy directly from the farm store, and we sell through the Red Hills Online Market (www.rhomarket.com) each week. Our products include fresh eggs from our pastured chickens, whole broiler chickens raised on pasture, grass-fed beef, fresh vegetables and herbs, and various breads and pesto.

Marview Farms proudly provides organically raised, grass finished beef, lamb, and goat, as well as woodlot, pastured pork, pastured, NON-GMO chicken and eggs, raw pet food, raw cow's milk (from Cedar Rock Dairy) and honey. We are American Grassfed Association certified. We take the responsibility of providing our family and customers clean healthy nutritious meats seriously, with the added bonus of also providing a great eating experience!
Through a tried and true method of rotational grazing, our herd at Marview Farms is a hormone-free and we are an antibiotic-less farm. Our animals are raised free-range, without immune system altering vaccinations or harmful steroids and insecticides. By nurturing our animals on grass alone, they are able to ingest Mother Nature's intended nutrients.
Since 2009 Marview Farms has been committed to producing happier, healthier, and calmer animals than those raised on grain. Please visit our website for more details on how our animals are raised and fed.
Our pastures do not receive any chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. We make our own compost and apply carbon sources to our pastures so they can grow healthy. By doing this, our farms water-holding capacity has increased dramatically—which means that our grasses' deep-rooted roots have moisture at times of drought and most of the water that God provides to us stays on our farm and does not run down hill to the river. Our system is also helping our earth!

Nourish'd Pastures raises pastured chickens as well as hens for egg production with the same love, passion, and ethics we use to raise food to feed our own families.
These beautiful, healthy birds get plenty of space to free range in new pastures daily, ensuring they grow strong and happy. We raise them at the highest humane and cruelty-free levels, on grass, soaking up the Vitamin D and scratching at the ground for bugs and worms. The supplemental feed we provide is organic and free of GMOs or soy. Our grasses also contain items found in a chicken's natural diet.
Our birds are able to roam around and do things chickens are meant to do on a spacious grassy area, rotated daily to allow the grass time to recover and give the birds fresh forage to munch on. They get sunshine, rain, nighttime, and everything in between.
Please call in advance for orders or farm visits.

We are among only a handful of farms in this country that produce 100% grass-fed Wagyu beef. The majority of our herd is purebred Wagyu. Over 90% of Wagyu meat produced in this country is only 50% Wagyu, which can lead to an inconsistent product.
Our Wagyu herd was obtained from the Blue Rock Cattle Co. owned by Jerry Pittenger, a founding father of the Wagyu breed in this country. Our family has been farming on the same homestead since 1976 with a commitment and passion for providing the highest quality products nature will allow. We spent 27 years in the dairy business before transitioning to sustainably raised beef, pork and poultry.
We are certified annually by the American Grass Fed Association and Animal Welfare Approved. We never use any antibiotics, hormones, or animal byproducts and all animals are treated with care and respect.
We raise several heritage breeds of hogs: Berkshire (Korobuta), Chester Whites, and Mangalitsa—the world famous "wooly pigs" from Austria and Hungary.
These animals spend most of their days in over 20 acres of wood, foraging for nuts, roots, and insects in addition to their supplemental feeds. The farm-produced bacon, sausage and delicious meats are beyond compare.
We also offer pasture-raised Heritage White chickens. These birds are fed on a NON-GMO ration and taste like "chicken" is supposed to taste. We process regularly on the farm and can also provide free range eggs (for pick-up only).
See the web store on our website for a list of our products. Meat products can be ordered individually, vacuum packed and frozen. If you don't see what you want, call/email as we can supply a number of additional items.
Meat purchases can be ordered and picked up @ the Brownwood Farmers Market in The Villages, Florida every Saturday or by appointment at the farm. We also ship by FedEx anywhere in the country. Most Florida FedEx deliveries are normally Next Day.
Many local fine dining establishments have featured our meats. Contact us for restaurant purchasing information.

Price Creek Farm is a small family farm just south of Lake City, Florida. Scott and Kay are dedicated to the highest quality meats and eggs that are raised humanely and free of any chemicals, antibiotics or hormones. All animals are raised on grass or in woodlots and can get plenty of sunshine and exercise. We use all-natural practices and we only sell what we raise.
We offer home delivery and drop points within a 50-mile radius and attend the Haile Village Farmers' Market (5212 SW 91st Terrace, Gainesville, FL) every Saturday, year-round.
- Beef – We have a small herd of cattle that are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. This produces a healthier, leaner meat.
- Pork – Pigs are raised in the woods where they can root around to eat acorns, plants, grubs and even partake in mud baths. They enjoy being a pig.
- Broiler Chickens – Our broilers are raised and processed on farm and are raised in small batches and kept in a floor-less, movable chicken tractor. They are moved to a fresh patch of pasture daily.
- Eggs – Our layers have over 20 acres to roam, eat bugs, and stay happy.
- Turkey – We also raise turkeys, on pasture, seasonally and in small batches.
We are licensed to sell our broilers, turkeys and eggs under a Limited Poultry and Egg Farm Operation permit under Public Law # 90-492. Our pork and beef products may be labeled "not for human consumption" under a "master feed registration" issued by the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

SOL City Farm lies on the outskirts of Miami's bustling city. Just 12 miles from downtown, our small 10-acre farm offers grass-finished beef cattle, pasture-raised chickens and eggs, and forest-raised pork.
Our cattle are raised on native South Florida grasses. The herd is tended to by hand daily allowing us to foster a relationship of trust and respect. We use rotational grazing to regenerate the land and provide our cattle with a salad bar of fresh pastures daily. Although this style of farming is very labor intensive, it means we can intimately observe the health and well-being of each of our animals. This allows us to raise the healthiest meats for ourselves and our community.
Our pasture-raised chickens eat grass, bugs, seeds, and certified organic soy-free feed while moving to fresh pasture daily. They get sunshine, rain, and everything in between. They follow our cattle in a rotation just like prairie birds follow herds in a symbiotic relationship.
Our pigs run, play, and eat in our forested areas.
Order online for delivery in Miami-Dade or self-serve pick up.

Working Cows Dairy is one of only a few of dairies in North America that are truly 100% grass fed, Animal Welfare Approved and USDA Organic. We received an award from the Good Food Foundation for our Farmstead Cheese this year (total of 231 entries).
We are a small family farm and milk around 120 cows and have about another 140 animals on the farm. We have been a closed herd for the last 6 years. No vaccines are given.
Cheeses made from pasteurized milk:
- Gouda and Aged Gouda
- Farmstead and Aged Farmstead
- Farmstead with chive, garlic, parsley and onion
- Farmstead with celery, garlic, parsley and onion
Raw milk cheeses: All we have left is Gouda with the chive blend.
We do ship our cheese and butters.
On the farm we have an honor system in place: drive up to the farm fridge, grab what you like and leave cash, check in money box by the door, or use the Venmo app.
