Hi, and thank you for your respond. I take really tried that already. I opened outlook in safari and checked both of my hotmail accounts. While I can run into previous emails in my inbox (whereas both inboxes are empty in my mobile app), I yet am not receiving whatever new emails on either account. Both on my telephone's web browser and in my mobile electronic mail app, neither hotmail account that I take has updated with new emails since early on Wednesday (ten/20/21).

Besides, I had someone try sending me an email to one of the accounts and when they attempted, it gave them an error message that said something along the lines of "this user'southward inbox is full and cannot receive new emails". Nonetheless, I know that to not exist the case. For one, considering ane of the accounts is much newer and doesn't have almost equally many emails stored on it equally the other. Aside from that, at that place's no way that they simultaneously reached a maximum number of emails. Once more, ane account is far older and has way more emails in the inbox than the other. Another thing to annotation is that both accounts stopped refreshing and receiving new emails at the aforementioned time. Both accounts last updated with new emails effectually 1:30pm on Wednesday.

Obviously my inbox was full. It makes absolutely zilch sense that both of my hotmail accounts would reach maximum capacity simultaneously because they have two completely unlike numbers of emails in them (unless it's a shared storage for all hotmail accounts), but evidently that was the problem. I could not find any settings regarding storage limits as Daniel suggested, merely I just started deleting emails until new ones started coming in. While doing so, I institute several emails in my spam binder from outlook stating that my mailbox was full (very helpful). I hope this helps you lot, Lori, and give thanks you for your advice, Daniel.
